Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products based on their needs.
• Generate sales for the benefit of the company and personal financial well-being.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Assist store management with opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling and inventory counts.
• Complete omni-channel orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.
• Maintain the appearance of the store and display awareness of all store communications, including product information and promotions.
• Enhance product knowledge by learning about features, advantages, and benefits.
