Title: Sales Associate - Full-Time Responsibilities Excellent Customer Service: Our customers are our number one priority. Greet customers with an upbeat and friendly tone, and an overall welcoming demeanor. Astute listening and communication skills followed by the proper recommendation of storage solutions tailored to customers' needs. Eagerness to showcase the facility and ability to review and answer clients' questions and objections. Able to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks promptly. Day-to-day Functions: Key duties include, but are not limited to Assist the General Manager and the team, and able to work independently. Upkeep of the office and facility, taking pride in the appearance of the company at all times. Detailed in scheduling, updating, and confirming reservations and/or appointments. Use of Management software and other programs in properly maintaining an organized record of customer documentation and interactions. Answer incoming sales calls, handle customer payments, and outbound collections. Record keeping of inventory control and consistent walk-thru of the facility. Balancing cash drawer and bank deposits. Become an expert in self-storage by renting storage spaces and managing the leasing process.
