About the position

As a Part Time Sales Associate at Ann Taylor Factory, you will serve as a brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding them through their shopping journey. Your role will involve offering personalized styling recommendations, maintaining the store's visual appeal, and collaborating with your team to enhance customer experiences. You will also utilize technology to provide a seamless omnichannel shopping experience and support store leaders in achieving daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Share product knowledge and recommendations to help style the customer.
• Use brand behaviors and personalized service to drive brand loyalty.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
• Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and being helpful to others.

Requirements

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
