  • Support and execute floor-sets while maintaining visual brand standards.
  • Complete opening and closing checklist tasks daily.
  • Engage with clients to create lasting connections through credit rewards programs and personal styling appointments.
  • Communicate and collaborate positively with team members.
  • Follow through on tasks to deliver outcomes and meet expectations.
  • Assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and complete other store tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Preferred specialty selling or retail experience.
  • Proficiency in technology and computerized register systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable.
