The Part-Time Sales Associate at Armstrong McCall is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment focused on the professional beauty industry. Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal customer experience by assessing needs and explaining product features and benefits.
• Record all sales transactions accurately in the Point of Sale System.
• Follow safety and security rules and company policies.

• Stay updated on beauty trends and share knowledge with customers.
• Participate in a team-oriented environment to provide superior customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior cash handling experience is a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice-to-haves
