About the position

This role is designed to help associates maximize their earning potential through a base pay and sales incentive program, while also providing a pathway to full-time or managerial positions within the company.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to help them choose the right products based on their needs.
• Generate sales for the benefit of the company and personal financial well-being.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals.
• Assist store management with opening, closing, and operating the retail store, including cash handling and inventory management.
• Complete omni-channel orders accurately and timely according to company guidelines.
• Stay informed about product information, advertising, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Enhance product knowledge by learning about features, advantages, and benefits.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
