The Sales Associate position at LIDS Retail focuses on generating sales through exceptional customer service and maintaining store standards. The role requires meeting company objectives and participating in store maintenance, including merchandising and cleanliness, while adhering to the dress code policy.

Responsibilities

• Produce sales gains by providing excellent customer service.
• Meet or exceed company objectives in individual statistics.
• Participate in store maintenance according to visual guidelines, including proper merchandising and signage.
• Maintain store cleanliness and a professional appearance consistent with the dress code policy.
• Protect company assets by following LIDS Retail policies.
• Assist in managing store inventory, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Conduct accurate product counts in a timely manner.
• Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to read and operate a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the time.
