About The Position
As a Part-Time Sales Lead at Ann Taylor Factory Outlet in Auburn, Washington, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client services while supporting the operational functions of the store. Driving revenue will be a key focus, as you proactively manage the client experience and assume the Manager on Duty responsibilities when the Store Manager or Co-Manager is not present. You will utilize various tools to foster a client-focused team environment, driving volume and anticipating clients' needs while communicating store metrics and individual performance to motivate associates. Additionally, you will coach associates on client interactions and performance to maximize productivity and capture client opportunities. Your responsibilities will include performing opening and closing procedures, managing cash register functions, and making effective merchandising decisions based on reports. You will ensure optimal coverage and productivity in all areas of the store through appropriate scheduling and complete daily tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets all ANN INC. standards and guidelines.
