Responsibilities
- Inspire that Famous Feeling by fostering a culture of caring and camaraderie.
- Drive sales with purpose and determination to achieve goals.
- Manage retail operations including pricing and inventory.
- Adhere to company policies and utilize resources effectively.
- Champion the Famous culture by delivering top-notch customer experiences.
- Embrace diversity and maintain a positive and proactive mindset.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect shoe styles.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience.
- Experience in motivating team members to accomplish goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates.
- Basic computer skills.
