About the position

As a Part-Time Sales Lead at Famous Footwear, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and fostering a positive store culture. Your responsibilities will include inspiring your team, managing retail operations, and ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect fit and a memorable shopping experience. You will also be involved in mentoring associates and maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proficient knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
  • Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu.
  • Experience in motivating team members to achieve goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with the store manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
  • Basic computer skills.
