As a Part-Time Sales Lead at Famous Footwear, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers while fostering a positive team environment. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Previous experience in a team environment, motivating others to achieve goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with the store manager.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
