As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You will know the ins-and-outs of your store, ensuring it runs smoothly from pricing to inventory. Responsibilities

  • Manage retail operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly from pricing to inventory.

  • Assist customers in finding the perfect shoe styles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
  • Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
  • Basic computer skills.
