About the position

The Part-Time Sales Lead at LOFT Outlet is responsible for providing exceptional client service while supporting the Store Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing store operations. This role includes acting as the Manager on Duty in the absence of management, ensuring compliance with company practices, and driving revenue through effective client engagement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client services and support the Store Manager and Co-Manager.
• Operate as the Manager on Duty in the absence of a manager.
• Perform operational and transactional functions, including opening and closing the store.
• Handle client service issues and issue approvals for desk transactions.
• Drive revenue by managing the client experience and performing Manager On Duty responsibilities.
• Coach Associates on client interactions and performance to maximize productivity.
• Utilize tools to ensure a client-focused team environment and drive operational excellence.
• Complete daily tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets all company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum six months Sales Associate experience with ANN INC. or equivalent experience with another retailer.
• Part-time or full-time managerial experience preferred.
