About The Position
The Part Time Sales Lead at LOFT is responsible for providing exceptional client service while supporting the Store Manager and Co-Manager in overseeing store operations. This role includes acting as the Manager on Duty in the absence of management, handling client service issues, and ensuring compliance with company practices. The Sales Lead will also drive revenue by managing the client experience and coaching associates to maximize productivity.
