The Part-Time Sales Teammate at Buckle is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend and help locate merchandise based on guest needs.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by suggesting additional items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share it with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and policies.
• Achieve personal sales goals set by store management.
• Assist guests in trying on or fitting merchandise.
• Check out and bag purchases, and prepare merchandise for alterations.
• Maintain good guest relationships to develop a client-based business.
• Present merchandise to maximize sales and ensure proper display.
• Open and close cash registers and perform cash handling tasks.
• Follow loss prevention guidelines and report any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for fashion.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• No prior experience or training required.
