About the position

ARCADE is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Key Holder to join our team in redefining the vintage retail landscape. This role involves managing day-to-day store operations, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to our e-commerce growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about vintage fashion and possess experience in retail and social media.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the physical store
  • Provide customer service and sales support
  • Manage merchandising and seasonal floor changes
  • Track inventory and set/meet sales goals
  • Manage virtual appointments and web sales through social media and e-commerce
  • Assist with general shop tasks including email management, calendar maintenance, shipping, and receiving
  • Fulfill online orders and identify new growth opportunities
  • Maintain an efficient workspace through shop upkeep and merchandising

Requirements

  • 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in vintage fashion
  • Experience with customer relations
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Strong communication skills and passion for customer interaction

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in e-commerce and virtual sales
  • Knowledge of vintage fashion trends
  • Social media content creation experience
