Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders through SAP
  • Communicate effectively with customer accounts and build relationships

  • Provide product information to customers of interest

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of back office experience in a customer support role
  • SAP order processing experience
  • Microsoft skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Administrative and data entry skills
