Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Willingness to acquire product knowledge and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Repair customer's screens by measuring the frame and determining the amount of screen needed.
• Cut screen off of the roll to fit inside of the frame.
• Roll spline and press it into the frame.
• Replace plastic/aluminum corners and bent or damaged frame parts.
• Determine the cost of the screen repair job based on supplies used.
• Manage the inventory of all raw materials.
• Follow safety measures and maintain a clean worksite upon completion of daily tasks.
• Report customer satisfaction issues to the Screen Department Coordinator.
• Complete additional duties outside of the Screen Department as assigned.
