Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Create sincere connections with pet parents, welcome them and their pets to the store, facilitate an easy checkout process as a cashier, and ensure they found everything they needed.
- Pet Care: Ensure the safety of all living pets in the store, help keep them healthy, clean, and well-fed, and engage with pet parents to provide the best solutions for their pets.
- Merchandising & Inventory: Assist pet parents in finding what they need, execute merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies.
Requirements
- Passion for pets and customer service
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the store.
