About the position

Malley's Chocolates is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to join their team. This seasonal position focuses on providing excellent customer service and creating delightful experiences for customers through the sale of high-quality chocolates and confections. The role involves assisting customers, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and inviting store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about our products, including ingredients and flavors.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Promote and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements
