The role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and clean.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all customers.
• Process customer transactions efficiently.
• Load customer purchases as needed.
• Stock products within the store and maintain cleanliness.
• Merchandise products and maintain store standards.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and needs.
• Load shrubs, trees, plants, and related products for customers as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches.
• Solid work history demonstrating reliability.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.

• Experience in animal care, retail, or agriculture preferred.
