About the position
Proctor Place is a life-care retirement community located in Peoria, Illinois, with over 100 years of operation. We are dedicated to providing our residents with the highest level of care possible, focusing on compassion and making a difference in their lives. We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work in our long-term care facility. This position is part-time, requiring 24 hours per week on the 2nd shift, which runs from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and includes working every 4th weekend. Rotating holidays are also mandatory. The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour during the week and $22.00 per hour on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living
- Providing outstanding resident care
- Working effectively with residents and personnel
Requirements
- IDPH CNA certification
- Experience in a geriatric setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with residents and personnel
