In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our self-storage facility, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that the property is well-maintained. You will greet customers, assist with rentals, and handle move-ins and move-outs, all while maintaining a clean and organized facility. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
  • Manage facility operations, including rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and property maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in computer use and basic office software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available to work most weekends from 10am until 4pm

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in the self storage industry is preferred but not required
