As a Part-Time Self Storage Facility Manager at Security Self Storage, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility while providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will greet customers both in person and over the phone, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service. Your strong communication skills will be vital as you assist customers with their storage needs and address any inquiries they may have. You will also be expected to manage facility operations effectively, which includes keeping track of rental agreements and ensuring that the property is well-maintained. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
- Manage facility operations, including rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and property maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized facility
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in computer use and basic office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work most weekends from 10am until 4pm

- Previous experience in the self storage industry is preferred but not required
