Responsibilities

  • Greet existing and prospective customers.
  • Handle inquiries over the phone, internet, and in person.
  • Rent storage units and parking spaces.
  • Complete leases and related paperwork.
  • Perform maintenance duties including sweeping, cleaning, and yard work as directed.

Requirements

  • Must be reliable and flexible with a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong personal integrity and no criminal record.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficient in Site Link software.
