About the position
Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a dedicated part-time Server to join our team and provide a first-class dining experience for our residents and their guests. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that every meal served is a delightful experience. Your primary duties will include pre-setting tables, taking entrée orders, serving meals, pouring coffee, and bussing tables. You will be an integral part of our dining service, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our residents and their guests. As a Server, you will work in a large open dining room within our breathtaking community, surrounded by servant-hearted Team Members and Residents who will feel like family. Your role will not only involve serving meals but also providing unparalleled customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and considerate. You will have the opportunity to build positive, impactful relationships with residents and peers, making a difference in their daily lives.
