About the position

The Social Media and Marketing Manager role at Red Oak Enterprise is a part-time position focused on enhancing the company's online presence through creative content creation and social media management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing engaging content at various properties and ensuring consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, curate, and manage content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Drive to various properties to create and capture high-quality photos, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Post regularly to all platforms, ensuring that content is consistent and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Monitor and respond to engagement on posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize new ideas and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and tools to enhance content performance.
  • Ensure all content accurately represents our brand and properties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms.
  • Excellent photography, videography, and editing skills.
  • Strong communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to properties is required).

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
