• Create and manage editorial calendars for social media content.
• Collaborate with brand, creative, paid, and analytics teams to optimize strategies.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.
• Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
• Produce reports with insights and recommendations for future postings.
• Research industry trends and competitors' social media performance.
• Support brand campaigns with content creators and influencers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B copywriting and social media campaigns.
• Experience managing editorial calendars and cross-channel campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media publishing tools such as Sprinklr.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
