The Part-Time Student Concierge position at the College of Southern Nevada involves providing technical support and assistance to students and community members. Responsibilities

• Assist students and community members with questions regarding connectivity to Internet tools and aid with browsing and completing online forms securely.
• Boost digital literacy through on-spot assistance with instructions, coaching, and technical support.
• Assist students and community members regarding the setup and connectivity of common computer systems.
• Loan out and provide tech support for equipment.
• Direct students and community members to CSN services.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree program in Computing and Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field at CSN.
• Completed at least 15 credits of courses in Networking, Cybersecurity, programming, and computer science with a Grade Point Average of 3.0 and higher.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous technical support experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
