Requirements

• 1+ year(s) working with children.
• Minimum of 48 college credit hours.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Works collaboratively and is open to observation and critical feedback.
• Unwavering belief that a college education is possible for all children.
• Ability to pass state & federal background check.
