About the position

The part-time Supervisor at the LEGO® Brand Retail team in Disneyland Flagship Anaheim is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and training to enhance the team's performance. This role focuses on maximizing sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for guests while embodying the LEGO brand values.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information regularly.
• Assist in effective space management techniques.
• Maintain the store graphics system with a focus on customer service and sales.
• Ensure all fixtures are fully replenished at all times.
• Evaluate and communicate on competitors' visual merchandising techniques.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing the LEGO Brand, Vision, and Values.
• Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values.
• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues in line with LEGO policies.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies according to guidelines and budgets.
• Coach Brick Specialists on behaviors that enhance the Guest LEGO Experience.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure all products are merchandised on the shop floor.
• Assist the ASM and SM in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation.

Requirements

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques.
