Responsibilities

• Tax preparation and planning for a wide variety of individuals and small businesses
• Monthly accounting including data entry, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Sales tax filings
• Tax planning and projections
• Tax return review

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with UltraTax
• Experience with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time to meet deadlines
• CPA or EA qualification
• 2+ years of experience
• Must be able to complete 1040, 1120S, 1120C, and 1065 tax returns

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
