About the position

The Part Time Technical Writer at Bowhead will support the Advanced Technologies division by creating a variety of technical documentation, including articles, reports, brochures, and manuals. This role involves ensuring high-quality content that meets established standards and coordinating various project-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead project travel coordinator for all personnel on contract.
• Independently track employee's timesheets and safety compliances.
• Lead for on-boarding/out-processing personnel.
• Coordinate the display of graphics and the production of the document.
• Ensure content is of high quality and conforms with standards.

Requirements

• BA/S in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related field is required.
• Seven years (7+) of relevant experience is required.
• Intermediate-to-advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite—Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
