Responsibilities

• Accurately process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
• Balance transactions and cash daily.
• Approve transactions for other employees within assigned approval authority limit, if applicable.
• Assist in management of bank cash levels as delegated by a manager or supervisor.
• Conduct professional client conversations to build and sustain trust and credibility.
• Promote bank products and services and make referrals to bank partners.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Understand and follow applicable laws and regulations related to banking operations.
• Complete periodic compliance training and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Windows-based systems.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working with a team.
• Aptitude for math.
• Ability to travel to Wichita, KS for required training during the first week on the job.
