About the position

As a Part Time Teller at PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will provide exceptional customer service, perform high volume banking transactions, educate customers on new technology, and develop banking product referral opportunities. This role is focused on enhancing customer financial wellbeing and loyalty while ensuring efficient branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available financial alternatives.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
• No degree required; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience may be considered.
