Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service while adhering to common courtesies.
• Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions.
• Support the sales process by identifying customer needs and promoting current offers.
• Refer customers to colleagues for assistance with financial solutions.
• Demonstrate channel capabilities and benefits to customers when warranted.
• Perform customer banking transactions and resolve issues.
• Share product and service promotions with customers.
• Answer customer questions to ensure satisfaction and safety.
• Service vault, night drop, and ATM machines as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Less than 2 years of demonstrated customer service skills and computer experience.
