Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to work at both the Aubrey and Little Elm locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly service in processing customers' transactions.
• Identify and take advantage of opportunities to promote and refer bank products and services.
• Process commercial and consumer transactions following established policies and procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain proper levels of cash in the drawer.
• Respond to customer questions or problems in a courteous manner, taking advantage of sales opportunities.
• Assist with teller training of new employees and accept cross-training as needed.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and reporting requirements.
• Make suggestions to improve branch operations and overall bank performance.
