Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain scanned records for easy access and retrieval.
• Maintain documents using appropriate filing systems for title documents pre and post-auction stages.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, distributing it to the appropriate recipients or departments.
• Update and maintain listing accuracy according to company standards.
• Maintain and organize document files and folders for easy accessibility.
• Review listings for accuracy and consistency, making necessary corrections or updates.
• Process incoming and outgoing title documents, updating internal systems with high accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Demonstrated ability to use time efficiently and effectively to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of listings and records.
• Strong communication skills to interact efficiently with the Listing Operations team and other departments.
• Ability and willingness to quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing responsibilities.
