About The Position

The City of Mitchell is accepting applications for part-time bus operators for the Palace Transit Service. This position involves transporting passengers within City Limits, completing required paperwork and reports, adhering to all traffic laws, and following routes by operating a computerized routing system in the vehicle. Bus Operators are also responsible for keeping the bus fueled and clean, and providing friendly and effective customer service. The position will have evening and weekend hours, and flexible scheduling is available.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a CDL (commercial driver's license) with a passenger endorsement
