About the position

Join our team as an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet) and enjoy flexible evening hours while earning up to $20 per hour. This position is ideal for those looking to supplement their income or earn extra money alongside another job. You will be responsible for transporting trash bags from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor, taking required photos during service, and working close to home with a schedule that typically includes 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Transport trash bags collected from residents' doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor.
• Take required photos using the company's app during service.
• Work close to home, serving multiple apartment communities within a 10-15 minute drive.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer is required.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name or listed as a driver on the policy.
• Ability to adapt to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of walking the distance of the property and being exposed to disagreeable odors.
• Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
• Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize the mobile app.
