This role involves managing emails, customer inquiries, and client data, as well as assisting with social media and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and digital marketing, contributing to the company's commitment to exceptional client support.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to daily emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Organize and update client data, order details, and project timelines using Google Workspace and HubSpot.
• Track order statuses and follow up on deliveries to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts to engage and grow the audience.
• Write and execute email marketing campaigns to drive client engagement and retention.
• Support the development of digital content and marketing strategies.
• Manage daily tasks in Google Workspace, HubSpot, and QuickBooks.
• Help with data entry, invoice tracking, and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or marketing roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, HubSpot, and QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Experience with email marketing tools is a plus (e.g., Mailchimp, Flodesk).
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
