About the position

All Dry Services of North Jersey is looking for a Part-Time Water & Mold Remediation Technician who is willing to work 20-40 hours per week with the potential to grow into a Full-Time Lead Technician. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and clear communication with homeowners regarding job scopes and timelines. The technician will be trained in necessary skills, including basic math for job calculations, and will be responsible for various tasks related to water and mold remediation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Approve weekly timecards for the team.
• Prepare the truck for jobs and maintain cleanliness.
• Perform water or mold remediation tasks as assigned.
• Conduct basic light demolition and clean-up as needed.
• Clean and maintain equipment used for remediation.
• Keep uniform clean and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Be available for on-call emergencies when assigned.

Requirements

• Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs.
• Must pass background and DMV check.
• No prior experience is needed; training will be provided.

Nice-to-haves

• Recent restoration mitigation experience is a plus.
• Current IICRC Certifications are a plus.
