The role requires a self-motivated individual who can collaborate effectively while also working independently, committing around 20 hours per week with flexible hours based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing visually compelling and user-friendly web pages with a focus on clear navigation and accessibility.
• Working closely with the engineering team to ensure design elements are functional and can be seamlessly integrated.
• Regularly updating and refining existing website content to enhance user experience and streamline site navigation.
• Aligning all design work with brand guidelines to create a cohesive, on-brand look and feel that resonates with our user base.

Requirements

• Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
