The analyst will report directly to the Valuation Manager and will play a crucial role in maintaining internal ownership records and valuation models, as well as assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. The analyst will be responsible for gathering private company financials, financing documents, capitalization tables, and projections to prepare portfolio company valuations. Additionally, the analyst will provide investor relations support for valuation-related queries and actively participate in the annual external audit process.
