About the position

Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative business relationship between Yelp and SMB digital marketing agencies and their advertisers.
  • Craft consultative sales presentations to illustrate how Yelp's advertising products can connect with consumers.
  • Lead training sessions to assist agencies in building and executing effective campaigns.
  • Consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets assigned by management while contributing to overall team targets.
  • Cultivate and manage partner relationships to ensure surpassing of assigned goals.
  • Identify new agency partnerships that align with Yelp's partner compliance to meet growth expectations.
  • Chart out agency structure and identify key decision makers and budget owners.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
  • Engage with agencies continually to nurture relationships and validate advertisers' needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years equivalent experience in Digital Advertising Sales.
  • Proven achievement in meeting sales goals in a prior role.
  • Experience collaborating with marketers at executive levels.
  • Familiarity with pay-per-click advertising is an advantage.
  • Superb communication and presentation abilities.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to surpassing targets.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.

  • Experience in digital marketing or advertising sales.
