About the position

The Partner Account Manager for the North America Market at Aircall is a pivotal role focused on driving growth and development within one of the company's largest partner ecosystems. This position involves managing partnerships, enhancing revenue through channel partners, and fostering strong relationships to promote Aircall's value proposition. The role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate with partners, collaborate with internal teams, and manage a portfolio of partners to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement, enablement, pipeline, and revenue for Aircall's key markets.
  • Manage a portion of the partnership portfolio, contributing directly to partnership targets and success.
  • Build and cultivate lasting relationships with partners' teams to increase awareness of Aircall's value proposition.
  • Effectively communicate the vision, value proposition, and technological aspects of the product to partners.
  • Conduct presentations and demos to support partner enablement and drive lead generation and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and CSM teams to leverage synergies and ensure a unified approach to partners.
  • Track operational performance by capturing opportunities in Salesforce and managing the sales process.
  • Grow an existing portfolio of partners and source, onboard, and activate new partners.
  • Run discovery conversations, develop success strategies, and track partner performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management roles in a competitive, data-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and interest in technology.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a KPI-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communicator, native in English.
