About the position

As a Channel Sales Account Representative at Dell Technologies, you will be responsible for driving sales through indirect channels by working closely with channel partners. This entry-level position focuses on optimizing sales execution and building strong relationships with partners to identify and qualify sales opportunities. You will support smaller accounts, interface directly with partners, and contribute to the overall Go to Market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support smaller accounts and take guidance from senior professionals and lower-level managers.
  • Interface directly with channel partners, providing solutions and developing new business.
  • Build positive relationships with channel partners.
  • Understand the Go to Market strategy and value proposition.
  • Resolve basic issues/concerns and escalate support to others within your team.

Requirements

  • Entry level position
  • Previous inside sales experience with proven oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, support personnel, and leadership.

Nice-to-haves
