About the position

Hightouch is seeking a Partner Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with strategic consulting and systems integration (SI) partners. This role is pivotal in sourcing pipeline and closing revenue, collaborating closely with the North American Enterprise and MidMarket sales teams on partner-influenced opportunities. The Partner Account Manager will have significant autonomy and accountability, contributing to the growth and long-term success of Hightouch while working with top data and martech consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a strategic book of partners to drive new business and expansion pipeline.
  • Advocate for partners internally and guide partnership strategy to enhance alignment with SI partners in deals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Account Executives (AEs), assisting with SI alignment, deal strategy, and implementation planning.
  • Develop new materials and processes to ensure partner success and encourage deal flow.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on partner co-marketing projects, including content, events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a similar quota-carrying role.
  • Prior experience managing relationships with regional SIs and boutique consulting firms, with an understanding of partner organizational structure and business model.
  • Willingness to work with partners across North America and EMEA.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and develop creative strategies to solve complex problems.
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in high-growth scale-up environments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience with marketing technology, customer data, and/or analytics.
  • Existing relationships with good-fit partners for Hightouch.
