About the position

The Partner Development Manager at Brook Health is responsible for driving sales of the Remote Care Suite, a comprehensive program that includes hardware, software, clinical staffing, and more. This role involves prospecting and contracting with healthcare organizations within the assigned territory, focusing on building strategic relationships with clinical leaders and business managers. The position requires a proactive approach to sales in a fast-paced, technology-driven healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, qualify, obtain, and manage new and existing sales opportunities.
  • Engage with new and established clients through cold calling and account management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM (Hubspot).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and sales materials.
  • Deliver demonstrations and presentations of the Brook Remote Care service suite.
  • Travel throughout the assigned region for onsite presentations and industry conferences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct-to-provider or health system medical sales experience.
  • Experience selling a consultative solution or a Primary Care service line.
  • Demonstrated, quantifiable sales ability.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills.
  • Successful history managing and expanding a large regional book of business in the medical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
