About the position

The Partner Development Marketing Manager at Intuit is a senior-level role focused on managing and developing marketing partnerships to drive growth for small businesses within the Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG). This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in business development and partner management, responsible for building and maintaining complex relationships with partners, driving new opportunities, and optimizing existing partnerships to maximize value.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage and grow relationships with existing and future strategic partners for Small and Medium businesses.
  • Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems and delivering an exceptional partner experience.
  • Understand customer and partner needs to identify trends and market opportunities.
  • Negotiate comprehensive Go-To-Market plans with partners.
  • Work closely with GBSG stakeholders to drive contract negotiations with new and existing partners.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics to senior leaders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships management or business development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to contribute to data-backed decisions to inform strategy.
  • Strong project management abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.
